Evening and Weekend GP Appointments

There are now more appointments with GPs and practice nurses available in Hammersmith & Fulham, making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you.

When are appointments available?

Hammersmith & Fulham residents can now pre-book GP and practice nurse appointments from 6:30pm – 8:00pm Monday to Friday and from 8am-8pm on weekends. These extra appointments are in addition to existing GP services, meaning that residents can now access primary care services seven days a week, including bank holidays.

If you need to book an appointment

If you are a patient registered with this practice you can book an appointment through our receptionist or by calling NHS 111 when we are closed. Appointments must be booked in advance.

We are working with other local GP practices in the borough to provide these appointments, meaning that your appointment may not take place at this practice.

When you attend an appointment at one of our partner surgeries, the doctor or nurse will have access to your healthcare record to ensure they can offer the right treatment.

Out of Hours

Medical Assistance Out of Hours

If you need medical assistance outside of our opening hours you may call the practice on 020 7385 7777 and follow the automated instructions to be put through to our out of hours service provider, the London Central West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCWUCC).

To contact LCWUCC directly you can call them on 111.  They operate from St Charles’ Hospital and provide GPs to look after our patients when we are closed. They are open from 18:30 to 08:00 during the week, and 24 hours a day on weekends and bank holidays. To provide care the LCWUCC may offer advice over the phone, visit patients at home or ask patients to visit the hospital for further assessment and care.
