Alert: Improving our booking system from Tuesday 2 April

We've designed a new booking process based on the feedback from our recent patient survey which will go live from Tuesday 2 April. All appointment requests will be reviewed by the surgery's Triage Team which will be headed by a doctor each day. Appointments will be prioritised and allocated based on the urgency and nature of the query. This will help us make best use of all our appointments, and offer you the most appropriate appointment to resolve your query. Click here for more information
